We are available from 9AM to 5PM MST Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to replace the damaged products. Please include your order number, description of the damage, and photos.
We will take care of any problems and send a replacement if your order is lost; however, a shipping charge will be charged if there are problems with the address. If the package has been marked as delivered, please get the exact delivery location by contacting the carrier. If the shipment has been stolen, please notify your local authorities.
